Lady Gaga has reportedly been picked as the cover girl for Vogue's biggest issue of the year.
Women's Wear Daily claims that the famously eclectic 26-year-old singer will be on the front of the coveted cover, which last year was adorned with Kate Moss' wedding pictures.
Gaga has already had her picture taken by famed fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, according to WWD. The shoot times with the release of the popstar's first scent, a "black fluid" called Fame, according to photographs Gaga posted on her Twitter feed today.
It won't be the first Vogue cover for the songstress, who has just wrapped up the New Zealand leg of her tour with a nasty knock to the head. She was captured by Mario Testino for the March 2011 issue - one of the biggest sellers that year. She also did a topless shoot for L'Uomo Vogue in January this year and was draped in raw meet for Japan Vogue, the Huffington Post reported.
Gaga, known for her far-out fashion, is now reportedly wanting to get her hands on a hat made of live cockroaches after finding out the creepy-crawlies respond to her music.
Engineering students in New York studied the movement of insects and found rock groups Weezer and Avenged Sevenfold didn't generate any movement, but Lady Gaga's music made the roaches dance.
