Victoria Beckham's slim figure is a result of hard work "six days a week".
The singer-turned-fashion-designer is famed for her petite frame and ever-immaculate appearance. Sources close to the star say although she can afford the best treatments around, Beckham is also very dedicated to her health and fitness routine.
"She works out six days a week and runs four to six miles a day on the treadmill. But she worries about getting 'runners face', where muscles sag, so she does facial exercises to tone up. She also uses weights and exercises her core, as she feels her stomach is her problem area," an insider told Closer magazine.
"She's trying to shape up her 'flat, saggy bum' too after obsessing over photos taken of her before Christmas, so she does butt clenches, squats and Pilates every morning."
Beckham is also reportedly very particular about her beauty routine. The 37-year-old star likes to use specific products to keep her looking in tip-top shape.
