Vince Vaughn did not cheat on Jennifer Aniston, nor did he break up with her, and if anyone says otherwise there's going to be trouble. Alright?
The Break Up star is threatening to sue British and American newspapers who alleged Vaughn was seen kissing a mystery blonde in London earlier this month, reports People magazine.
London law firm Schillings released a statement yesterday, saying the Hollywood actor would be filing a "legal complaint" against The Sun and Daily Mirror newspapers and the New York Post.
The statement continues, "Ms Aniston and Mr Vaughn had not ended their relationship either at the material time or since. ... The suggestion that he was having a passionate embrace and kiss, or has ever been unfaithful to Ms Aniston, are false."
Vaughn's attorneys said the case will be heard in London's High Court next year if it is not settled earlier.
The couple have been surrounded by rumour and speculation recently, after reports surfaced that they had parted ways.
However, Vaughn's legal statement confirms last week's reports, when Aniston told Oprah Winfrey she and Vaughn were very much still together.
