Steve Buscemi and Sienna Miller will star in a United States remake of a movie by murdered Dutch film-maker Theo van Gogh.
Van Gogh, a distant relative of the 19th-century painter Vincent van Gogh, was killed by an Islamic radical in November last year after outraging the Netherlands' Muslim community with his short film Submission, which links Islam to abuse of women.
Buscemi, 48, also directs the film about a psychological tussle between a washed-up journalist and the soap-opera actress he is sent to interview. Filming is scheduled to start in New York next month.
