How did you get into music?
Growing up and playing through church.
What are your latest plans?
To release a single and video.
Your best recent gig?
We enjoy all our gigs, but playing at the Dux de Lux in Christchurch was a highlight.
Who do you admire most among the current Pacific musicians and why?
Pacific Underground. Growing up in Christchurch where there weren't many Pacific Island bands, they were an influence to us to take music more seriously as a career.
Is Pacific music and culture recognised enough in New Zealand?
Yes, in the last couple of years there has been an acknowledgment in Pacific Island talent, causing the rise in recognition. eg, Scribe, Nesian Mystik, Adijah, etc.
How has Pacific culture influenced your music?
Tremendously, it's who we are. Music has a massive part in our culture.
Would you ever go on NZ Idol?
No.
