Uma Thurman as Louis Vuitton bag lady

Actress Uma Thurman will follow in the footsteps of pop singer Jennifer Lopez as the new face of France's luxury leather goods maker Louis Vuitton.

The first advertisement, due to go out worldwide in February, will show the Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill star carrying the brand's new Manhattan bag.
