Denzel Washington stars as John Creasy, a burned-out ex-CIA agent, who is taken to Mexico City to act as minder to 9-year-old Pita (Dakota Fanning), the daughter of a wealthy industrialist. Pita gives him new purpose in life and he is overwrought when she is kidnapped. (2004)
