Treatment for Aerosmith bassist

Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton has been diagnosed with throat cancer and will have to miss a chunk of the band's upcoming tour to undergo a seven-week course of radiation treatment.

The band says Hamilton will be back to rockin' on in October.
