Today's Festival of Europe events

The celebration of all things European continues today in the Festival of Europe.

The three-week festival culminates in a black-tie charity ball on November 18.

Today's events include:

The Auckland Philharmonia European Celebration series: Beethovenfest, Auckland Town Hall at 8 pm.

Italian Hours exhibition at the Auckland City Art Gallery. Highlights include Italian street songs and opera performed by William Winitana.

HSBC European Catalogue Trade Show concludes today at the NZ Trade Centre, Guardian Trust Building, 105 Queen St. Extensive information from companies representing 10 European countries. Areas include tourism, food and beverage, agriculture and horticulture, and education.

European Film Festival at Queen St's Force Entertainment Centre finishes tomorrow.
