The Festival of Europe continues this weekend. The three-week event, which celebrates and explores Europe and its relationship with New Zealand, ends on November 18 with a black-tie charity ball.
Today's events include:
Armistice Day ceremony, Auckland Cenotaph, 11 am.
European Mardi Gras Day, Queen St and QE2 Square. Queen St parade, noon.
Scottish Highland Games, Royal Oak Domain.
