Aussie singer Tina Arena has two firsts coming up - a French album and the birth of her baby boy.

The 37-year-old, who has lived in Paris for several years, is expecting her first child with Belgian partner Jeremy Mathot in December. The singer will also release her first French-language album that month.

"I have learned a little more about living in the moment and taking life more as it is supposed to be, just living and seeing where life goes," Arena said.
