Timberlake a 'broccolini'

Singer Justin Timberlake says research on his family tree has revealed he has British heritage.

"There was a British lad who was in a war, but ran away because he fell in love with an Indian girl, and that's where my family tree started."

Of his childhood Timberlake says: "I had really awkward hair and terrible skin and I was really scrawny, I looked like a 'broccolini', not even a broccoli. I was long and skinny and [my hair] blossomed out on the top. I was a really weird looking kid."
