FEROCIOUS MR FIXIT
Workplace bullying wouldn't be so much of an issue these days if someone like Glaswegian tough-guy Alasdair Jeffrey were always lurking by the office water cooler. In this series, Jeffrey, a tough-talking corporate consultant, is on a mission to sort out Britain's workers and companies with low morale.
His approach is a little unconventional - he installs secret cameras around workplaces to see exactly how staff interact and to find out who's backstabbing whom. Once he has some incriminating footage, he confronts the misbehaving workers then shows the video to the boss.
Only when they face up to their bad behaviour can Jeffrey start to fix it. Like television chef Gordon Ramsay, Jeffrey had a tough upbringing and is renowned for his colourful language. And he also believes in tough love - if workers aren't getting on, he's not afraid to handcuff them together.
