Love makes you do some funny things, doesn't it? Maybe you moved cities after just a few short weeks, or maybe you jumped around on furniture in the middle of an Oprah interview.

But did you ever love someone so much that you decided the best way to express your adoration was by wearing matching outfits?

It comes as no shock that loved-up celebrities with money to burn have worn some impeccably planned, matching outfits.

So with Valentine's Day just around the corner we thought it was the perfect time to round up the best matching celebrity outfits of all time, because nothing says in love like in sync style.

1. Justin and Britney in double denim

They were an iconic duo, and their couple's take on the Canadian Tuxedo was an infamous moment in red carpet history.

2. Victoria and David Beckham in biker chic

The fashionable duo has had more than their fair share of memorable style moments over the years, including a questionable stint with some cornrows.

However, nothing screams love to this couple like head-to-toe leather and sharing a can of hair mousse, right?

3. Jennifer Lopez and P Diddy bedazzled in white

As if their relationship wasn't iconic enough, "J-Lo" and P Diddy solidified their star couple status with some serious bling at the MTV Awards in 2000.

4. Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey channelling Sandy and Danny

One of the greatest couples to come out of the 90s broke all of our hearts when they announced their split in 2006.

But we will always have those great photos to look back on and remind us of happier times full of glitter eye gel and butterfly hair clips.

5. Paris Hilton and Nick Carter looking angelic

There's so much that could be said for this seemingly perfect pair and their coordination, but we think Paris said it best with her trade mark phrase "that's hot".
