Krishnan's Dairy
Sky City Theatre Season: Oct 26-28, 8pm; extra show Sat 6pm
On the web: www.indianink.co.nz
Jacob Rajan and Justin Lewis' trilogy - Krishnan's Dairy, The Candlestickmaker and The Pickle King - has been one of the great success stories of New Zealand theatre of the last decade. With this short season, they are going back to the beginning: the bittersweet saga of Gobi and Zina Krishnan, who move to New Zealand in search of a better life, running a corner dairy.
As an extra treat, at the end of tomorrow's show, they will present a short preview of their new work-in-progress, The Dentist's Chair.
