Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is known for his great physique, but that doesn't come without a lot of hard work and massive meals.
The Fast and Furious star said he eats seven meals a day, including a kilo of fish, and begins his exercise regime at 4am.
Revealing his diet and exercise plan to Muscle and Fitness, The Rock starts the day with a cardio session between 4 and 5am before enjoying a meal of cod, eggs and oatmeal.
The former wrestler then works out for a further 90 minutes then enjoys his six other meals spread throughout the day.
These dishes contain a mixture of fish, rice, vegetables with a 220g steak alongside a baked potato and spinach for meal number five.
