Kim Kardashian recently made a whopping $14 million off her first contour kit drop, but fans are not happy after their pricey product has proved faulty.
The product sold out online within the first day, due largely to a cult following from beauty bloggers who were invited to the launch at Kim's Calabasas home.
However both bloggers and fans have reported one serious design flaw with the product, it snaps when you apply pressure. Bit of an issue for a contour stick right?
Beauty blogger, Laura Lee was doing a first impression video of the product, gifted to her by Kardashian, when the product snapped right off the base.
And the carnage didn't stop there, as she was highlighting her face, another stick snapped off.
"These are just breaking off left and right," Laura said.
The reason for the breakage is said to be because the formula in the "bullets" is soft and creamy, so if you wind the product out more than just a small amount, it snaps completely off.

Not only are people fuming about spending over $50 on a product that breaks, but the minimal product that the contour stick contains is also causing them grief.
Jeffree star showcased just how little product you actually get in the stick, revealing that you only get a tiny 0.032 ounces for your hard-earned money.
To put this into comparison, a NYX contour stick with 0.28 ounces of product will cost you just $11.99. That's more than quadruple the amount of product, for a fifth of the price.
Kim K hasn't made any comment on the kit controversy, and fans feel she has some seriously explaining to do.
