The quality of a pose can make or break a social media post - but many of us don't know what to do once we find ourselves in front of a camera.
Fortunately a LA-based celebrity make-up artist has put an end to the dilemma by revealing the position anyone can adopt to elevate their next Instagram snap - and it's already a hit with the A-list, according to the Daily Mail.
Nam Vo, whose work has made her a cult figure among those in the know, told Elle.com that women should try what she dubbed the 'Migraine pose' - placing one hand on the temples, forehead or crown of the head.
She said: "I love it because the beauty of your hands frame the face and give it more structure. I always make my models pose this way. It's also a great time to show off your manicure." The pose also gives the effect of an instant face lift.
However one must remember to arrange the hand with the lightest touch, rather than gripping the head or hair.
