Award-winning executive chef Cristiano De Martin has just launched a new summer menu featuring homegrown goodies such as Hawkes Bay lamb, Marlborough clams, Leigh snapper and seasonal vegetables, fruit and herbs. "Fresh, light and full of flavour" is how he describes dishes such as the entree of Budino of Crescent Dairy goat cheese ricotta with grilled zucchini and roast pepper dressing. Sounds delicious.
