KEY POINTS:
This makes a light meal that's ideal for a warm evening. Use trim pork as it's leaner than regular pork mince. For something a bit more substantial, stir through hot noodles.
Serves 4
500g trim pork mince
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
Juice of 1 lime or 1 tbsp concentrated lime juice
1 tsp honey
Handful of freshly chopped coriander
Handful of herbslaw (from the salad chillers in supermarkets)
Handful of beansprouts
1 tbsp sesame oil
1. Heat a large frying pan. Add the pork and fry over a high heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden.
2. Drain off any fat, then stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Divide among four bowls and serve with warm flat breads.
