Singing in the shower is something many of us do ... but what about eating in the shower?
Bizarrely, it seems a surprising number of Whanganui people do just that — grab a snack while washing their bodies.
A survey this week reveals 7 per cent of people in the Whanganui/Manawatu region have taken multi-tasking to a new level by eating in the shower.
The Rinnai Smart Cylinder survey also revealed that more than half of respondents in the region rated wi-fi, smartphones and coffee as necessities of life ... more important than a hot shower.
Singing rated by far the most popular shower-time activity with 68 per cent saying they like to exercise their vocal chords, while 47 per cent like to save on water by sharing the shower with a partner.
