Sir Paul McCartney's fashion designer daughter Stella was honoured for her career as she was presented with an Order of the British Empire (OBE) medal by Queen Elizabeth II.
Stella McCartney was a guest of honour at Buckingham Palace in London, where the monarch handed her the accolade for services to fashion.
The star attended the ceremony with her husband Alasdhair Willis and declared: "I feel really proud and really excited and honoured to be here.''
The designer boasts her own fashion house and she also created clothing for Team GB to wear during the London 2012 Olympic Games.
