A mother struggling to keep up with the rising rental prices has moved her family out of their home - and into a bus.
Tegan Latham made the bold decision to move into a caravan park after renting became too restrictive and she found herself facing anxiety issues over expenses on her single income.
The single mother from Adelaide spent $28,000 to move herself and her two sons into a converted bus.
She then spent a further $7000 renovating the vehicle, which now has a full size fridge, washing machine, bedroom and living area.

Since moving her two boys Ollie and Charlie into the bus, she said they had everything they needed and were happier than ever.
"It kind of feels like you're on holiday most of the time," she told Today Tonight.

The boys have adjusted to their new way of life and were stoked because the park is close to the beach and the community pool.
"Ollie just said the other day, 'I like the house mum, but I really love the bus'," she said.
While Latham is happy with her family's current living situation, she plans on one day buying an independent piece of land.
She also plans on taking the boys on an adventure across Australia.

Latham has received plenty of love online with fellow parents praising her innovative move for her family.
"Wow what an amazing mum.. Good on her for providing a stable home for herself and her kids. It' not the size of the house that matters, it's the love and memories that are more important," one mother said.
Another person wrote: "Good on you, at least you didn't sit on your bum and complain about not being able to afford your own home like some others do."
"Very practical, well done for finding a solution that fits your needs. People don't have to live in a traditional property if there willing to be flexible. Why pay high rents or high home loans!"
