Soccer star Maradona lands TV role

Argentine soccer hero Diego Maradona has landed a big interview in his new career as a TV showman: Cuban President Fidel Castro.

An employee at a Havana health retreat where Maradona lived for four years struggling against cocaine addiction said Maradona regarded 79-year-old Castro as a friend and a father figure who helped him kick drugs.
