Snoop Dogg gets ready to tour New Zealand

Rap's self-appointed grand pimp Snoop Dogg is ready to return to our shores in April and wow hip-hop fans in Auckland and Wellington with his signature West Coast flavour.

The Wellington show on April 13 will be held at the Events Centre followed by a show at Auckland's Supertop on April 15.

As an added bonus, he's also making sure his 12-piece live band - the Snoopadelics - make the journey with him.

Snoop Dogg last toured New Zealand in 1998 in a memorable sell-out show.

Joining Snoop for his Auckland show is special guest Savage.
