Okay, Your sim city has parks, museums, homes, jobs and universities. But what about the traffic gridlock? This add-on to SimCity 4 expands the traffic management options to let you build bigger roads, create a ferry system and rail and monorail networks, which can be integrated into a modern, efficient transport system. Rush Hour adds a few new gameplay elements, too. You drive the vehicles, chase crooks and take a tank to undesirable businesses.
