It appears the publicity-loving, soul-baring MTV matriarch Sharon Osbourne still has some secrets left to spill. First up, her continuing struggle with bulimia.
"I still have it," she says. "Ozzy knows, yes. And the kids. They hate it."
Sharon Osbourne, 52, figured the problem would solve itself when she got her stomach stapled a few years back, dropping from 102kg to 59kg. But she found she was wrong.
"It just means I can't eat as much. I still binge," she says. "I cram it in - eat, eat, eat - until I physically can't get any more into my body. The food is piled up to my throat. Then I have to go and be sick."
Moving on to the next revelation: her extensive nipping and tucking.
"Face lift, neck, breasts. Lips, leg lifts, bum implant, tummy tuck. I've had it all and it is fab-ulous," enthuses Mrs Osbourne, who has said the various surgeries set her back about US$250,000 ($351,025).
"I've had so much plastic surgery, but there is only so much you can do - then you have to start accepting yourself as you are."
She says that despite her low self-esteem and weight problems, Ozzy always "loved me the way I was".
