A Russian heiress, who once described flying on commercial planes as a "horror" and getting a diamond Rolex aged ten as "normal", has tied the knot in a lavish $2.2 million ceremony near Moscow.
Irina Chigirinskaya, 18, who once mistook actor Robert de Niro for a waiter and asked him to bring her water, married Moris Mirelli, 23, in front of 1,500 guests at a golf club owned by a friend of U.S. President Donald Trump.
Chigirinskaya is the daughter of billionaire construction tycoon Alexander Chigirinsky, 55, a friend of Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich, according to the Daily Mail.
The price tag of the teenage bride's wedding dress, made by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad, has been estimated at $315,000 and the food alone is thought have cost more than $667,000.
"Guests were treated to salmon carpaccio, all kinds of fish, Uzbek pilaf, shish kebab, Ianian apricots, fresh berries and cake," according to one account.
"Bottles of chilled French champagne did not have time to end, as new ones appeared on the table."
Her new husband is the son of a former deputy governor in Russia's northern Arkhangelsk region.
Chigirinskaya once famously admitted her terrible shock when - after a childhood of private jets - she realised other people were sharing her plane on her first experience flying commercial.
Explaining the "horrors" of mass travel, she wrote on Instagram: "I entered a plane and saw that there were a lot of people.
"And I asked the stewardess out loud: 'And what, all these people will fly with us?'"
She claimed she had never "risked so much" in her life, adding she was 14 at the time. She deleted the post.
Reports in Russia say she also posted previously about her handbags costing almost $11,440.
"How did I get a bag for 560,000 roubles? Because my father is Alexander Chigirinsky," she wrote.
In other now-deleted posts she outlined of her penchant for fur coats, and holidays on luxurious yachts, it was reported.
Once she recorded a video where she explained that in her world a Rolex with diamonds was commonplace.
"For me, normal at (the age of) ten already," she explained. Riding in her Bentley, she said: "What can you do? That's life."
Her wedding was reported to be more expensive than her elder sister Maria's in 2015.
Irina's wedding was held at a golf club owned by Crocus Group, headed by oligarch Aras Agalarov, a friend of Donald Trump. Agalarov's son Emin, a famous Russian singer, performed at the wedding.
