Singer Bic Runga has brought up a century, with her album Beautiful Collision having now spent 100 weeks in the New Zealand charts.
Beautiful Collision, Runga's second album, was released on July 1, 2002. It is now certified as 10-times platinum, meaning it has sold at least 150,000 copies.
Passing the 100-week mark meant Runga created a new record as a New Zealand artist to have had an album in the charts the longest.
Previous holders were Split Enz with the True Colours album.
Beautiful Collision was No.36 in this week's album chart.
Runga now lives in Paris and is touring internationally.
