Royal wedding: How tonight's ceremony will unfold

Below are the New Zealand times of the schedule for Prince William and Catherine Middleton's wedding and Westminster Abbey tonight. Britain is exactly 11 hours behind New Zealand.

7.15pm to 8.45pm - The general congregation will arrive at the Great North Door of Westminster Abbey in London.

8.50pm onwards - Governors-General and Prime Ministers of Realm Countries, the Diplomatic Corps, and other distinguished guests arrive at the abbey.

9.10pm - The bridegroom and his brother Prince Harry of Wales leave Clarence House for Westminster Abbey. They will arrive at the abbey at 9.15pm.

9.20pm - Members of foreign royal families arrive at Westminster Abbey from Buckingham Palace.

9.20pm - Catherine Middleton's mother Carole and brother James Middleton will leave the Goring Hotel for Westminster Abbey. They will arrive at the abbey at 9.27pm.

9.25pm - Members of the British royal family (apart from those listed below) leave Buckingham Palace for Westminster Abbey. They will arrive at the Abbey at 9.30pm.

9.35pm - The Duke of York, Princess Beatrice of York, Princess Eugenie of York, Prince Edward and wife Sophie, Princess Anne and husband Vice Admiral Timothy Laurence will leave Buckingham Palace for Westminster Abbey. They are due to arrive at the abbey at 9.40pm.

9.38pm - Prince William's father Prince Charles and his wife Camilla leave Clarence House for Westminster Abbey. They arrive at the abbey at 9.42pm.

9.40pm - The Queen and her husband Philip leave Buckingham Palace for Westminster Abbey. They will arrive at the abbey at 9.45pm.

9.48pm - The bridesmaids and pages leave the Goring Hotel for Westminster Abbey. They arrive at the abbey at 9.55pm.

9.51pm - The bride, accompanied by her father Michael Middleton, leaves the Goring Hotel for Westminster Abbey.

10pm - The marriage service begins. The marriage service will be relayed by audio speakers along the route.

11.15pm - The carriage procession of the bride and bridegroom, with a Captain's Escort of the Household Cavalry, followed by The Queen's Procession with a Sovereign's Escort of the Household Cavalry, leaves Westminster Abbey for Buckingham Palace.

11.30pm - The carriage procession arrives at Buckingham Palace.

11.40pm - Members of the British and foreign royal families arrive at Buckingham Palace.

11.40pm onwards - Other guests for the Reception arrive at Buckingham Palace.

12.25am - The Queen and the bride and bridegroom, together with their families, appear on the balcony.

12.30am - Fly past by the Royal Air Force and WWII planes from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
