"Special event" parking restrictions will come in to force today around the hospital where Kate Middleton is due to give birth this month.

The due date of the royal baby hasn't been revealed, but reports suggest the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their newborn on April 25th - days before their wedding anniversary on April 29th and days after the Queen's birthday on April 21.
