Bruce Springsteen, REM, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews and the Dixie Chicks will end the 11-state Vote for Change tour intended to aid the election campaign against President George W. Bush with a final concert in Washington DC.
It is the first time Springsteen, 55, has broken his policy of not getting involved in politics.
