Former child acting prodigy Haley Joel Osment was fined and ordered to undergo alcohol rehab by a Los Angeles court after pleading no contest to drink-driving and marijuana possession.
Osment, 18, who shot to worldwide fame as the boy who sees dead people in the 1999 hit The Sixth Sense, was found to be over the legal alcohol limit after crashing his stationwagon on July 20. He suffered a broken rib and shoulder injury in the accident, which did not involve any other vehicles.
