1. Slice the tuna into the thinnest slivers you can manage. Set it across a plate and dress with a little oil and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Slice the tomato, cucumber, radish and red pepper. Tear some mint leaves.
3. On your serving plate, arrange the tuna slices, alternating them with the tomato, cucumber and radish. Top with the red pepper and mint.
4. Pour the oil and lime juice marinade from the tuna slices over the dish.
