350g store-bought chocolate biscuits
120g butter, melted
Chocolate filling
400g dark chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups pouring cream
Coffee cream
1 cup pouring cream
1/2 sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp coffee-flavoured liqueur
1 Place the biscuits and butter in the bowl of a food processor and process for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
