1 Halve some apples and remove the core with a melon baller or vegetable knife.
2 Sit each half in a muffin tin (allow one half per person). Drizzle with honey and bake in a medium oven until softened, about 10 -15 minutes depending on the apple variety.
3 Plate the apples and fill with your favourite muesli and berries.
4 Dress with some plain yoghurt and serve with extra honey.
