50 Cent has used the London premiere of his debut film Get Rich Or Die Tryin' to hit out at critics who accuse him of glamorising violence.
Posters for the film showing him holding a gun and a baby provoked a flood of complaints, and in the United States a man was shot dead during a screening of the movie. But at the British premiere the defiant star said his image was no worse than James Bond.
"Using guns or weapons to market a film is not unusual. You know what the logo for 007 is.
"You've seen Rambo and Terminator. It's part of entertainment," he said. "It's just when they see me they say there's something wrong with it."
