Lady Kitty Spencer was considered one of the most eligible bachelorettes in Britain.
But it seems the 28-year-old niece of the late Princess Diana is officially off the market after being photographed with her millionaire fashion tycoon boyfriend - who is 32 years her senior - following rumours the pair began dating last year.
Michael Lewis, 60, and Lady Kitty were seen leaving the glamorous New York hotel where Meghan Markle had her baby shower earlier this year.
Lewis, who is the owner of the high-end Whistles fashion chain, and Lady Kitty have never commented on their romantic relationship, despite reports claiming they began dating in August last year.
The blonde broke up with her property tycoon boyfriend, Niccolò Barattieri di San Pietro, 47, in 2017 after four years together.
Lady Kitty, who was visiting Australia last week and posted a photo of herself in Sydney to her Instagram page, is the daughter of Diana's brother, Earl Spencer.
She has a degree in psychology, politics and English literature from the University of Cape Town, where she grew up.
Lady Kitty turned to modelling after graduating, and is signed with high profile London agent, Storm Management.
She has fronted campaigns and walked the runway for luxury brand Dolce & Gabbana.
She is also involved with several charities, as an ambassador for Centrepoint, which supports homeless young people, and a patron for Give Us Time, which funds holidays for military families.
Following in her aunty's footsteps, Lady Kitty has also worked with the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
