According to The Sun, the royal has only left the UK once in the past six years as he fears he could be arrested.
It comes amid the news US President Donald Trump favours Kash Patel to take over as FBI director. Patel has promised to “do everything” to bring Epstein’s accomplices to justice.

An insider told the Sun that Andrew is “terrified if he goes to America he could be arrested, face civil action or be subpoenaed. He used to be Air Miles Andy but he’ll never risk going to America again”.
“Since the whole thing blew up, he’s only been to Bahrain, where he has friends. There hasn’t been a single golf trip to Spain or holiday abroad.”
Spencer Kuvin, the US lawyer who has acted for several of the financier’s victims, has said that the monarchy “should be embarrassed” by Andrew.
“He should be fully separated from the monarchy and the public should never be subsidising someone who has either such bad judgment to be friends with this man or could have been involved with him.”
Kuvin said that Trump should urge the FBI to investigate Andrew and that the British monarchy should hold him accountable.
It’s been three years since Andrew settled a sexual assault case brought against him by one of Epstein’s victims, Virginia Giuffre.

The FBI asked the UK Home Office for assistance in questioning Andrew in 2020, but paused their investigation last year.
UK High Court files surfaced last week showing that Andrew had emailed Epstein in February 2011, writing, “we’ll play some more soon”.
