"When you start breastfeeding [it's] going to be major leakage and then [you're] not going to want to see those boobs anymore," wrote the fan.
"Breastfeeding is no joke but it is a beautiful thing and a great bonding experience with your baby."
The Good American Jeans co-founder took things in stride, but admitted: "Oh my gosh lol I'm nervous about breastfeeding. I hear crazy things but I'll fight through it and love it."
Earlier in the day the Revenge Body hostess mused about what her little girl was going to be like on her premium subscription-based website, saying: "She'll be the perfect mix of me and Tristan—which is such a crazy thought, LOL."
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said that she hoped the bouncing baby girl will get her style and work ethic from her.
Khloe insisted that she would like their future child to have Tristan's good looks and even athleticism from the Cleveland Cavaliers power forward though she insists that they are both 'beasts'.
One thing that the youngest Kardashian sister hopes her future daughter gets from both parents is IQ.
Khloe explained: "But I want maybe TT's [Tristan's] IQ and my street smarts."
The daughter of Kris Jenner - who has said she has not yet found a name for her baby girl - has been very active during her pregnancy.
She has not only launched her Good Mama maternity line, which is an offshoot of Good American, but she has also kept up with her social media posts.
In mid March, Khloe's sisters and mother were all in attendance at her extravagant Los Angeles baby shower, which was held back-to-back with Tristan's birthday party.
