Poison's guitarist sentenced

One of Poison's guitarists has been sentenced to 80 days in jail after pleading no contest to driving while intoxicated.

Bruce Johannesson, 43, whose stage name is C.C. DeVille, was also ordered to serve five years probation, pay a US$1000 ($1417) fine and surrender his licence for a year.

Prosecutors say Johannesson hit a parked vehicle while he was backing out of the driveway of his girlfriend's home. He allegedly rammed another parked car, activating his vehicle's air bags and injuring his girlfriend.
