Photos: Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre tie the knot in idyllic Moroccan celebration

Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre exchanged their vows in a three-day ceremony in Morocco.

British Vogue captured the images of the couple's special day, documenting the beautiful three-day love fest in Marrakesh.

Dhowre, 29, wore two stunning dresses by Vera Wang - a Bardot-style gown for the ceremony and a pearl-embroidered gown for the reception.

Elba, 46, wore a bespoke suit by Ozwald Boateng, with Asprey black-and-white diamond cufflinks.

One of the many stunning shots from the day show the pair embracing after they have exchanged their vows, with the former beauty queen showing off her dazzling ring.

"Congratulations to newlyweds #IdrisElba and #SabrinaDhowre who exchanged vows in Morocco on April 26 2019. Celebrations were spread over three days in Marrakech. See more in the world exclusive in the July 2019 issue of #BritishVogue," the caption reads.

The Thursday night dinner was themed "colours of the Souk" and took place the luxurious Amanjena resort. On Saturday, there was an all-white party at the Mandarin Oriental.

The couple got engaged in February last year when Elba, who had previously said in interviews he'd never remarry, got down to one knee and popped the question ahead of a screening of his film Yardie.

The Luther star, who has been divorced twice, looked over the moon as his girlfriend said "yes".

The couple met in her home country of Canada in 2017, and became close on the set of the film The Mountain Between Us.
