Peter Jackson loses backing for Halo

Oscar-winning director Peter Jackson has lost his backing for the film version of the Microsoft game Halo, 3 News reported last night.

Universal Studios and Fox, who were putting up the money, have backed out.

Microsoft is talking to other distribution partners, and it is hoped pre-production will continue in NZ.
