But no matter how you feel about Pascall's Licorice Allsorts, nothing will save them now that they've been given the chop.
Mondelez - the parent company for Pascall and Cadbury - has announced it will no longer be making the colourful licorice treats.
"To meet changing consumer preferences, we regularly review, introduce new products and remove those that consumers aren't buying,'' a Mondelez spokemsman told Stuff.co.nz today.
The sweet treats, invented in the 19th century by British company Bassett's, are currently available in a 200g and 400g black packet.
