It was imagined as models stomping down the catwalk in leather miniskirts, oversize plaid shirts, biker jackets and baby doll dresses - with crystal-clad body stockings and combat boots. They were mixed up haphazardly, and thrown together almost indifferently with an adolescent nihilism.
