This weekend offers the perfect excuse to get the ladies together for a day of fashion, beauty, fitness and more at the annual Girls' Day Out.

Running from today through until Sunday at the ASB Showgrounds in Greenlane, there is something for everyone among the 175 stalls.

Dress for Success: Make sure you bring along any clothes you no longer want, that would be suitable to wear to a job interview and donate them to the charity "Dress for Success".

The organisation helps disadvantaged women enter or return to the workforce by providing them with the right clothes to get their foot in the door. They're also attempting to create the world's largest wardrobe.

If you donate five pieces or more, $2 is taken off the ticket price.

SmileHQ: Cosmetic Teeth Whitening - If you've got 20 minutes to spare, why not pop in to Smile HQ and get those pearlers sparkling again.

Having spent the last few years in Australia, SmileHQ has come to the Girls' Day Out in the hope of breaking into the New Zealand market.
