Paltrow beats out Moss to be named best dressed

Gwyneth Paltrow has been crowned Britain's best-dressed woman.

The actress topped Harper's Bazaar's annual list. Kate Moss is second, followed by Thandie Newton, Liberty Ross and Sienna Miller.
