Gemma Shields can't remember the last time she bought clothes in a store.
"Basically I have a package arriving for me every day. The courier knows my name."
The 23-year-old works at least five days a week, often seven, so she doesn't have much time to go shopping.
If she needs something, it's easier to find it online and have it arrive at your door a few days later.
"You don't have to hand over cash or an Eftpos card. You just put in your card number and it's gone."
