A group of Rotorua residents have danced their way to victory in an international Zumba competition.
Team Zest, which filmed its Latin-inspired dance workout at various sights around Rotorua, has beaten 17 other Zumba groups from around the world in the online video contest.
Instructor Jacque Webber says they beatsecond-placed Canada by just 122 votes.
She says the team is over the moon and excited to be acknowledged at an international level.
The win means an all-expenses paid trip for two to the 2011 World Zumba Convention in Florida to work with the world's top Zumba instructors.
