New Zealand Post is taking responsibility for a ticketing botch up over the U2 concert.
About 1500 people with tickets to the March 17 concert in Auckland are affected. Their tickets were printed incorrectly and need to be exchanged for valid ones.
Company spokesman Steven Henry says New Zealand Post has contacted about half the people affected.
From tomorrow they will be able to come into a post shop to change them. There is also an 0800 number - 0800 733 344.
Steven Henry says if people do not get their ticket revalidated before the night, staff will be on the gates to do it then.
